They say PC units increased 41% in December. Check me if I'm wrong here, but if units sales are up 41% and average prices are down 25%, doesn't this make the overall revenue increase around 5%? That's if the ASP has only dropped 25%. Most everything I've been seeing has said the PC's that sold were the low end, sub $800 or $900, and it's the PC's priced over $1000 that they're rebating the hell out of now so the PC makers can find some space to unload more systems.
