The Company

Rocky Mountain Internet (http://www.rmi.net; NASDAQ:RMII) is a full-service, national
telecommunications company providing Internet access, high-speed Internet access through
wireless cable technology, Web development and hosting, network management, system
integration, co-location services, local phone service and IP Telephony long distance to
clients throughout the United States.

The company's frame-relay backbone is one of the only Colorado-based Internet networks
utilizing the industry-leading Cascade switching technology, with broadband B-STDX 9000
switches strategically placed throughout Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs to provide
full network redundancy.

SERVICES

Dedicated Access Services

RMI's advanced regional backbone network enables the company to deliver some of the
highest quality Internet services available. Dedicated access clients can choose from several
bandwidth options: 56 Kbps Frame Relay, ISDN (128 Kbps), to T-1 (1.54 Mbps) and T-3 (45
Mbps). A partnership with WinStar PacNet, a Seattle-based telecommunications provider, has
made it possible for RMI to offer private Wide Area Network (WAN) services to businesses
anywhere in the United States.

Dial-Up Services

Dial-up subscribers benefit from RMI's high speed, digital telecommunications network with
direct access to a full range of Internet applications and resources including e-mail, World
Wide Web sites, USENET newsgroups and FTP software. The company has partnered with
PSI Net of Herndon, Va., which gives RMI the ability to deliver dial-up services to customers
in PSI Net's 235 points-of-presence in the U.S. and 400 points-of-presence worldwide.

Ecommerce

RMI's e-SELL technology is a database-driven, turnkey e-commerce solution designed for
online merchants. The solution provides easy set-up for such features as inventory
management, site design, customer support, shipping and credit card processing.

Internet Telephony

RMI offers long distance phone service over the Internet under the brand name ephoneâ„¢ to
anywhere in the contiguous United States for seven cents per minute and is available to
individuals and businesses in the Denver metro area, Boulder and Colorado Springs.

Web Services

RMI's Web Department combines savvy design skills and sophisticated programming
knowledge with strategic planning and web marketing tactics to deliver web sites that achieve
and surpass client expectations. This portion of RMI's business has grown significantly in the
last year, and now represents a major portion of RMI's full-service strategy.
