Zonkie, your question really deserves more time spent on it than it has received. Who are the shareholders who purchased stock and apparently cannot sell their shares if they so desire? Are they wealthy aggressive investors or just ordinary people? Who has taken the time to learn more about these individuals? <VBG>

The restriction period is over. We are all aware of that. There are investors who want their small investment cashed in, right now, and are not being satisfied, what so ever. No one can support innocent people not having the ability to sell their shares when they make a personal decision to do so. That is wrong and against everything we want in a safe investing market.

GIFS had a situation whereby an innocent man tried to sell his shares for a long time. The restriction period had passed. The company did everything they could to stop him, and they won. The stock was permanently halted. The individual was made out to be a bad guy by the company, when in fact he was an innocent shareholder. That scenario unfortunately repeats itself in the penny stock world too frequently, and as long as there are dupes who support these companies it will continue. That is wrong.

When one knows about the number of shareholders involved and the size of their individual investments, honest people will be outraged.

Janice let's say someone bought a bunch of 144 stock when Wellrich was pushing it for AZNT, and let's say you now wanted to register to sell this stock. Would you be able to do it? Would you be able to get your certs in paper form if you wanted?

I'm worried about ratso being in Jill jail, does it have a concrete floor? I know he is rolling on the floor.
