I think a better answer might be if they proceed,then a P3 advance from gne and money somehow based on sales or profits.
If gne takes back in house then they get royalties and a payout.
Payout should exceed expenses. IMO.
Total termination>squat.However everything is subject
to what gne and xoma agree to which is yet to be determined.
On a more interesting note>you know GNE has just built the worlds biggest recombinant production facility. One would ask why? One would also ask who has the capacity? One might also ask what would each company do in various circumstances with products.
Another subject>hu1124 I believe the initial data was positive enough to warrent a payment to xoma.
