don, this talk of dilution is starting to get to me. There is no dilution if the M & A is equal to or better than the amount of stock you use for M & A. Personally, I don't think that Michael would be so stupid as to over pay for anything. Also, since he hasn't bought anything yet, there is no story here! Just like the the "reverse split" conversation. Where is there any indication that there is any hint of a reverse split????????

We all got into this stock early, WAY early. We were here before they had a building. We got here before they had a computer. We got here before they had a web site. We got here before they had anything, but a handful of xeroxed business cards and a dream. We got here before Michael and Maura had a chance to pull FNTN out of the fiscal mud of last year. Look where we were when we had the famous cable cutting incident in the parking lot last summer. Now, look at today! The penalty of getting to the party early is you have to smell the food cooking for a long time before dinner is ready. The host and hostess are not ready to call everyone to dinner yet. The appetizers have been served, but the main meal is just coming out of the oven. I cannot in good consciousness start to talk the meal down just because I am hungry and it hasn't been served yet.
