jaime, The problem also existed yesterday morning. When I called first time I got a busy signal. Second time a recorded message saying that Internet Trading was unavailable. I have had many many problems with them over the last couple of months even on low volume days. Go figure. I also have the old software which by passes the internet and still had problems. The problem is with their operation. Now can you imagine what it will be like on a sell off? Monty
