From Reuters: Friday January 8, 6:35 pm Eastern Time Parker Drilling denies suit vs Superior TULSA, Okla., Jan 8 (Reuters) - Parker Drilling Co. said Friday that it is not pursuing legal action against Superior Energy Services Inc.(Nasdaq:SESI - news) arising out of the termination of the merger agreement between the two companies. The company said in a statement it was responding to published reports saying the contrary.
