Willful Negligence: that's being far too kind.


1. Although settlement of the lawsuit is covered by insurance, (two insurance companies) one of the insurance companies is turning around and suing SYCR claiming the act was outside the coverage they supplied. Likely due to a claim by the insurance that the act was willful negligence.

So, it remains an open question as to whether SYCR is going to have to come up with the money to cover the settlements theirselves. The sooner they get that behind them the sooner the industry can start to focus on their latest offerings.
