Snerd Really got pissed off at Waterhouse. Had a hard time getting in on Fri. Called and complained and told them I was going to switch my account. They talked me out of not switching. A lot of new things happening there in the next few months. They advised me not to use book mark when I have trouble getting in, type in url instead. It worked. I'm also sending e-mail with suggestions and complaints. Thought you like to know. Banchee
