let me ask you a question. Do you feel that AMTD is particularly bad with regards to their service as opposed to the other major players? Have you used any of the other major online trading services? Just curious. I will repeat what I said in an earlier post. This is a young industry. This is a high-flying busy bull market. This would be like opening the doors to your brand new business and having screaming kicking customers (whining crying customers) in a stream that never stops. No time to restock shelves, clean floors, change light bulbs etc. I'm not defending them....I simply think that your gripes are "par" for the industry at this time. Unfortunately I think that this type of service has become the norm for many businesses that are thriving. For God's sake...I waited on hold for 20 minutes Thursday with CompUSA and never got an answer!! Then Friday I held for another 20 minutes!! They just don't give a rat's @!#. People are going to buy from them regardless of the service because of the prices. Regards, Jason
