That's nonsense. CNBC is wrong. First of all, nobody knows what is the "value" of a country. One has estimates for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but that is a different thing. Value has no time dimension and GDP is a flow, i.e., it is measured per year, usually. So you cannot compare the market cap of AMZN with the GDP of a country.

I am not saying that AMZN is not overvalued, just that this comparison is meaningless.
