That's true the Warant holder can convert the Warrant at anytime but the Company does not have to call them, even if the 7 of 10 days were met. Since the company did not put out any news releases with them being so close, It confirms my feling that management is looking for the long-term value. They have proven to have the long-term investment mindset. That is seen by their attention to the bottom line, which protects the long-term interests of IFLY's investors. However, the short term players made a killing as well if they traded smart. The stock was only recently at 4 and went as high as 16 5/8, that really is tremendous. I doubt they are inclined to call the Warrants.
