I agree the 10% stake played well yesterday offsetting the dilution. With FMR anting up probably $+100 million indicates that WCII is no longer speculative but a growing enterprise ready to move. We are nearing the conversion price of $44 and if we exceed that next week, I have a feeling WCII will explode upward as shorts cover. As Steve noted, the timing of the stock offer may coincide with explosive news in the next few weeks like line installations, government contracts, more foreign partners, spin-off of internet portion, and even perhaps beating quarterly eps estimates.
