What ever happened to the El Paso contract or the potential for an entire state contract? Was this news being suppressed? Well if there was something to report, it would have lifted the stock and subsequently, BRELSH would probably had to pay more for GSM. Hmmmmm. Maybe it would be too rich for them, maybe HVP wouldn't be able to land a job with BRELSH (Check out the Mond (MII) thread where insiders have sold out to land positions in a $500M company).
