If I were you, I would cover my short position. The management team is fantastic with tremendous experience not only in the auto business but they have also had experience bringing public companies from the shadows of the bulletin board to the forefront of NASDAQ. With that in mind, I'v heard that the company is going to try to file for NASDAQ when their year end Mar. 31 audit is complete. In addition, this on line auction site for dealers is a HUGE opportunity.
In response to the margin question. The company has been profitable every month since inception. If you know anything about the car business, the margins are tiny. It is a volume business. ANWK, however, is putting things like flooring & financing in place to increase the margins greatly on the same dollars. These two revenue sources in particular are done at no additional cost to the company.
You might want to rethink your view on this one.
By the way, this company if you haven't noticed is not like so many other BB's out there. There is substance, management, sales, and profits IN PLACE.
Food for thought. |
