Zeev, I think the "warts" have been identified by a few of the previous posts (e.g. declining margins and profits). You have suggested that profits, at least, should now start to pick up again with the higher sales volume.

My question, how much of the decline in profits may have been due to one-time effects of their major acquisition? Would it be reasonable to expect that some of the profit slippage was temporary even with no increase in sales?
