Stephen,

I think each sector has its own story to tell. I would trade each by what the charts are telling me. I think the interesting point to be made regarding valuations would be to ask yourself - What would the market multiples look like excluding the NAZ 100 and the internutz stocks? I believe this narrow segment of the market has a huge weighting on the averages, which ultimately skews the numbers. There are still many depressed areas like small and midcap stocks. By the way insiders have been very active in these areas.
