M ,what's your strategy for dealing with the volatility in this stock. I have been accumulating a fair amount of it and have strong conviction that it will be 8 - 10X higher in 3 - 5 yrs. The volatility concerns me. Do you take profits on extended runs, sell calls on extended runs, buy puts on extended runs or just sit tight? I noticed some wrote calls only to see the stock run up a lot more and buy the calls back at much higher prices.

Comments from those who plan to still be in the stock over the next few years are welcome.
