Jim, We trust you and understand the game (I think!). In the end we all make our own trades. A rumor is a rumor. When one company starts down the road to taking another over it is usually a complicated process. There are many thing that can trip it up. That is were the risk is. The rewards if it goes through are usually pretty high. I agree with you on the downside here - that is what makes this appealing. I have an average share cost at under $3.50. I think that it is worth the risk ($2 - $3) for the shot a the reward (>$10). We all have to remember that we are responsible for our own trades!
