I can see the deception in the 73% number.

It doesn't matter what % of the company persons who happen to hold some ZULU shares will hold in the new company.

What matters to ZULU shareholders is the percentage that their ZULU shares will represent - e.g. how much dilution they are going to experience.

Sure it is legitimate for the company to sell new shares in order to raise capital. But one should look at how fair these transactions are to existing shareholders. The recent sale of the Investor's Preferred to Hayton/Netvest/Asian Trust was done at a 50% discount to the market price.

Did anybody here have to opportunity to buy stock at half price? If you'd had a chance to vote, would you have approved the sale of stock to Hayton at half price? How do you feel about having to pay full price, when Hayton gets it for half-price, and could immediately sell for a 100% profit? Is Hayton's money better than yours?

ZULU shareholders are being diluted-out, through the sale of shares ot Hayton-controlled interests at deep discounts. The 73% number is pure deception.

It does not surprise me, though, that you defend the indefensible. But you know better, and should be ashamed.
