I agree with your son. You are letting BNEZ affect your health and well being. Your options are either to sell and put it behind you, or take a vacation like you did the last time you were so upset. Get away from your computer for a month or so. Just out of curiosity, have you called your broker to ask what is the hold up in getting your certs that you requested two months ago? If the market has been flooded with more shares like you think, wouldn't it seem logical to you that you would have had your certs delivered by now?
