Regarding NAVR: I believe there were a number of complaints filed with the SEC over the NAVR pop that one day. The rapid tanking of the stock within one day smacked of MM manipulation. I agree with you that 26 is an indication of where it's headed. As a daytrader, though, I don't want to tie up my money for an indiscriminate amount of time, waiting around.
