Would agree it may not be a big issue, but I find that those stores that have more "friendly" employees that see someone looking around and offer to help are more attractive than others that have employees around who merely look blankly at you or totally ignore you. Of course, I am along in years, and was raised in the days when "service" was the thing, thus may not have the same attitude as later generations.

Most of the time I can usually find what is needed without a great deal of attention, so surely would not want to make any big deal out of it. It's just some give one a better feeling about the place and when there is the choice of stores, that's where I go. But everyone has their own expectations and attitude on the matter.

Expect that one of these days OMX will get the respect it deserves; or perhaps much smarter investors than I know something that keeps them away. Like you, darned if I can reason it out. Perhaps it's the ROE comparison mentioned by shane a few posts back. Think I'll do some further digging.
