Has anybody noticed that Johnathan Quick disappeared?

He was harping on how DIMD made a stupid move with RIO and how the RIAA was going to take DIMD to the cleaners in court. As soon as the court case went against RIAA and for DIMD, he suddenly disappeared.

Johnathan, where are you?
