Yes, Shikar will no longer be an employee of OMKT. No big deal. He still keeps most of his appx. 3.5Million shares from IPO as co-founder. He is starting iBelong for non-profit e commerce which is another positive. The Board officers need not be employees of a company. They have been adding big name customers but nothing much to earnings. What is the real reason for this stock to be so depressed? Many internet stocks with little or no earnings are in triple digits. How their poison pill is affecting possible buyouts? Ram
