2. Your "group"? As in organization? Please, just answer the question. What percentage of the total holdings under your control was actually turned into the company for conversion?

4. I believe it was sometime around 7:30pm when Alan Markoff advised the thread. A full day of trading occurred on the "same day". Amazing what that day's volume looked like.

Now it is obvious here that your "group" here is either pathetic at DD, and have been taken like the rest of us, or, you have been well aware of all of these things for some time, and in essence, part of the problem.
Since you are treating these issues like they are "no real problem" and have openly admitted having knowledge of all of this stuff, it comes as no real surprise to me that you will now bid this thread adieu.
