Hi Russ,

Sorry. I don't quite understand your question about them getting flow rates prior to concrete.

They will now have a pretty good handle on "rates" over the last 4 weeks or so. Not real precise measurements but very good estimated rates that should be within 5% or so. But, unfortunately, even absolutely precise rate info wouldn't by itself tell them anything about their pool size. Furthermore, rate info for a blowout isn't "technically meaningful", especially when they don't know where the fluids are being produced from. I am sure that is why they haven't issued any recent press releases on same.

If they had been able to measure the downhole pressure throughout the blowout they would have a really good idea about the pool size, but they couldn't, so they don't.
