No difference of opinion here, but the advent of "new lows" will impart a depressingly literal meaning to the term penny stock.

If the reasonable likelihood of even a few cents rise obtained, one would expect a few insiders to accumulate. The inaction there is a telling omen about the probable direction ahead.

They will, of course, yet again come up with some costless way to skim shares on stockholder equity-subsidized terms, notwithstanding their simply appalling record. It'll be a clone of the 14 cent mega-million share scheme they vested upon themselves when the price was heading for 30. We'll take the hindmost, and management will say "you're welcome". Sad.

(We'd all be happy to see that 14 cent number again, but let's not forget that that imbedded management grab will stand as a self-imposed brick wall for any movement beyond it. If that's not an accurate read, please correct.)
