My assumption is Netvest = Hayton = Asian Trust. We know from way back that Netvest = Hayton. The proxy is unclear about the ownership of the Investor's Preferred. In some places it says Netvest, and in others it says Asian Trust. Thus, my assumption that Asian Trust = Hayton.
