Kenya, I mentioned to you before that if SGI closes above 15 then it is a good buy(actually I said I would not buy it until it closes above 15). It closed above 15 couple days ago so it is a good buy. It has an upside potential of 30. IBD will help it quite a bit. Everything is going for SGI at this point.

I am not sure what TSC is and I don't know Gary B. Smith. I just saw the bearish Wedge on the chart for Dell.
