The current wisdom for 1999 is that the Y2K fear will cause a 1st half rush to buy new hardware and to put new or upgraded software purchases off till 2nd half 99 or beyond.

If true this will no doubt hurt INPR further as it is a "SHOW ME THE MONEY" type investment with the street. But it will also make the longer term that much more improved, hence the "changing of the guard" as you state is a very logical scenario?

In conclusion your statement "one of these camps is absolutely wrong" in not necessarilly the case, both camps can be absolutely right. IMO this only confirms the position that the future is even brighter for INPR.
