ok here is one that has really caught my eye... vail resorts (MTN) tuesday is the start of the bear stearns american gaming,lodging and leisure summit in las vegas..... Business Summary Vail Resorts, Inc. is a holding company operating through various subsidiaries and in two business segments, mountain resorts and real estate development. For the comparable three months ended 10/31/98, revenues increased 70% to $48.6 million. Net loss fell 1% to $20.5 million. Revenues reflect the increased popularity of the summer mountain activities. Lower loss was partially offset by higher resort operating expenses and higher interest expenses.
