By the way,When I spoke to Tim Richardson at Bii,he said they needed a $5.00US price to be listed on the Nasdaq big board,FWIW(and they wanted big board, not small cap)

I think what he meant to say is they don't want NASDAQ OTC BB, they want small cap. The "big board"is the NASDAQ, which small cap are part of. They can't go any higher unless of course they can improve there market cap!!

But keep track of the number of shares he says are already in US hands...those will be the only shares traded when Bid.com gets there listing in the US!!!> Can you expand on this a bit? I'm a little confused here as well

You have been buying your shares as BII! The US residents have been buying there stock using another symbol (eg XYZZF). That symbol is for accounting purposes in the US. When the NASDAQ listing is approved, the symbol will be XYZZF, not BII, you bought BII so cannot trade on NASDAQ!!

In the end it does not matter, if XYZZF goes to $1,456 a share, than BII will be $2,XXX as there can not be differences between exchanges.
