>>>"The truth is the company has had a questionable past and its all out for us to see."

Amen.

What you fail to see is the questionable present. Nothing has changed - the deception continues, as is so plainly seen in the proxy statement.

The probable continuation of the past is validated by their present actions.<<<

Jon, I've never hit you with this one before because I've always wanted to be supportive of your efforts, hopes and dreams in building your own company, Stock Talk.

What do you want Zulu to do, run the company like you've run Stock Talk? Since Stock Talk is so behind and out of date, don't you think you should have a qualifying message to newcomers who find your thread only discover, after signing up, that it's essentially a defunct organization? Shouldn't you tell them that it is? Instead, what you're doing is allowing people to sign up for what's essentially a stock graveyard activity.

Maybe you should clean your own house before enacting efforts designed only to tumble down Zulu's house. Do you go to sleep having Hayton nightmares? Come on, man, you've become obsessed about this. Give it a rest, will ya?

As you should know, any rational thinking person can read the filing and see that this company has had monster issues to contend with as a start-up company. Some real monster issues! But you try to apply bluechip standards while other investors expect overnight miracles with great profits. It simply ain't gonna happen that way!

The very fact of the matter is that Zulu is in a building mode, not a bragging mode.

I wish you'd use your expertise in better places. I can certainly understand an occassional criticism from you, but not the daily heaping dose of 10 to 20 posts which have no intent but to destroy the hopes of Zulu.

In my view, I think whatever value you might have held to this thread is dead, like Stock Talk. And specifically this is due to your relentless one-sided only viewpoint.

Why don't you come clean and tell us how you expend $70,000 to $120,000 worth of time--valued at your salary potential as a software architect--trying to destroy this company? I think we'd all, finally, like to hear the full story on this. Anyone else agree with me?
