Dear Bob: I understand or am lead to think that sycr has found a friendly buyer for the remaing shares of stock to be converted.Also that since there are not a lot of outstanding shares in the market place that and the fact that sycr is a great buy is really what is driving the stock up.This info came from my broker who talked to sycr concerning the runup last week.Any comments anyone.... just a novice D.Greer
