Oh, it's your assumption now. I see. Geez, the way you were writing, I thought you were expounding definite factual information that Hayton was king shareholder. So, please, in the future qualify your negative connotations insofar as your "assumption" that Hayton is the king shareholder. Because otherwise your "assumption" could cause you to make misstatements. And this is particularly sensitive given that the nature of your criticism is based on supposed "misstatements." I didn't think you could pull anywhere from the filing information which states Hayton is the king shareholder. But you sure want us to believe it, don't ya?
