Don't do it, X. Moving their corporate offices to the Caymen Islands does not instill confidence. All too often it leads to funny numbers that are beyond the scrutiny of regulators. Too bad, really. It used to be a fine company. I think I panned this one about a year ago on the GOOFI thread, expanded the theme on my wife's web page. Sorry. And one might well remember my disapproval of CIEN before it doubled or tripled or something like that? Regards, Paul
