If you're holding warrants, you better either exercise them or sell them to someone who will. DON'T GET CAUGHT holding warrants after the exercise period is over! All of the warrants will be converted into shares. The company will derive $5.75 on each converted warrant, plus $.25 from the folks who are asleep and don't convert or sell before the deadline. If I'm mistaken here, I apologize. But that's my read of the situation.
