Bankers function best when they remember the 3-6-3 rule under which they operate most effectively. The rule teaches them to borrow at 3%-lend at 6%-and be on the golf course by 3pm. In recent years, it has become 3-6-3 plus fees.
They will not be at the forefront of change and history teaches us and them that they ought not to be! They do best when they stay conservative and chant to themselves, "3-6-3 plus fees". It is no surprise when they drag their feet and I expect CKFR has learned this lesson well!
