I don't know anything about computers to be able to do anything else to it. I don't go anywhere in this computer that I don't understand.
The only other thing I know about this computer is that is has locked up over 200 times since I got it. It happened when I double clicked to disconnect from the internet. Doug T answered that problem the other day by telling me to disconnect from the start button and eliminate that locking up problem.

The only thing I can think of is "because it has locked up 200 times, and scan disk has been run that often, and I had to make a couple of "Undo Disks" which I have never used" has something happened inside of it to make it slow? Would I have to reinstall all my programs to start the whole computer up again from scratch?

Anyway it is still fast and I've been on it most of the day. I'm just waiting for Monday when SI gets super busy and see if it is still fast. God I sure hope so.
