HI Dd. My understanding of NASDAQ although limited tells me you must trade NASDAQ small cap and apply for NASDAQ National. NASDAQ national can only be accessed by being small cap first. WHRTF just moved from small cap to national, thru a process that required them to be small cap "first"!! I am no authority on NASDAQ, so will gladly debate and, if necessary "eat crow"..but this is how I understand the NASDAQ the Chief
