I've been a "lurker" for the past month, and am long on MLRE. While I have come to a different investment decision than Bear Down, I truly value the dialogue that he has kept going on this site. Its easy to become enamored by a stock, and to be unwilling to listen to anyone who sees a downside. Folks like Bear Down, who present well reasoned arguments and raise important questions helps people like myself to continuously question whether our investment decisions are based upon "wishful thinking" or sound analysis. There's no rule that says we need to come to the same conclusion, but to not listen to or put down folks like Bear Down would be foolish. Furthermore, if it were not for his posting of well thought out questions, Mr. Samblis would never have come onto the site and responded to our questions.

We'll all know soon enough whether or not this venture will fly. In the meantime, lets all keep an open mind and debate the facts/theories rather than "play politics."
