Sure a company can do business while its being investigated, its stock can even trade, but in DROM's current case, on the pink sheets. IMHO, I would respectfully disagree. I think the USGA has a lot to lose by not installing these kiosk. As long as the USGA doesnt trade in DROM, which I seriously doubt they do, what would they care if the SEC is investigating the "tradability and corporate history" of DROM? As long as the kiosk work, and DROM holds up their end of the bargain and delivers the goods, the USGA should be satisfied. Sorry, just a little frustrated at OUR SEC. GG
