Hey, Carl & Vortex, the press release about the Chinese agreement governs until something changes. Bill has already said that mere execution of the details outlined in that press release would simply be an "ordinary course of business" event, and no press release would be issued. Expect a press release only if there are material changes. Carl, how would anybody KNOW that the "second payment hasn't been received"? Even if true, this looks like it would constitute an illegal posting of privileged insider information. There are many possible causes for a temporary delay--as Charles posted much earlier, the Chinese government has clamped down hard on exporting currency (more a matter of bureaucratic delay for approval than outright prohibition, in this case, I hope), the recent illness of the CEO of Pacific-Benz, bank closures and vacations connected with the numerous end of year holidays, etc. While a delay (if there is one) of a few days would doubtless be a cause for an inquiry by GRNO, I don't think it would be a cause for an all-caps panic. --Norm
