A good time to buy AOL? Am I nuts (I confess I'm certainly inexperienced!), or are a lot of you so used to the huge increases in these internet stocks that AOL's performance seems thin by comparison? In reading this thread, I was surprised how many of you were expressing disappointment with AOL's "lack of movement" recently, when it seems to have increased by about 60% in the last month alone (or did I seriously miscalculate?)

I'm a novice to individual stocks (I'm used to the less than average mutual fund performances that barely come within 8% of S&P) but I've "missed" so many opportunities to make money on AOL that I'm tempted to buy it now even though it has increased so much recently.

Is anyone willing to be charitable and opine on whether it is worth buying into at this point? I would really appreciate some input (including long or short term horizons on keeping it).
