In the post I respond to here the company NCI is mentioned as a JV partner, We asked peanut back then about who NCI was, we were never informed. - Now at last I have found NCI, I think, Looking at where they are active makes me believe that it's the right one. (Monterrey is mentioned - We remember Monterrey connected with some home construction ARET were supposed to be a part of) This link is to the post I respond to: techstocks.com This link is to FreeEDGAR profile of NCI: freeedgar.com I can imagine that Cottonwood are using profiles from NCI in the buildup of the SIP's ??!!??
