It seems to me that this would be logical, get trading halted until questions are resolved, if ever! Then they would really be protecting the naive investor. Ummm... how is the "naive investor" helped when the SEC halts trading in their stock "out of the blue"? Sorry, but if there's evidence that the stock I am in is not, say, acting on the up and up, I'd like to know about it enough time in advance to do my own DD so I can get out if need be before it's too late. Talk about being naive... - Jeff
