Smells like a possible buyout to me. It would explain why so many insiders sold shares, they are investing in the new venture. Also gives the ceo a new company to play with when he sells out and it give the upper mgt. a place to go as well and they already have the alliance with OMKT. A nice way to start out. Volume has kicked up this week and the stock price has come up with it, open interest in the calls has increased as well. The ceo has done this before with Verifone post.messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com I almost sold out friday on the run up but decided to wait it out. I'm glad I did. I'd hate to be short right now, if a buyout comes they're toast.
