Dave, I don't think this management is good for shareholders. Reasons are in msg 7491. My other holding is XIRCOM(XIRC). Just one bullish article in Barron's brought its price from around 10 to 16. S3 management don't behave as the leader, but more like a mouse. If the price of the stock will stagnate, their engineers will leave for competition. I welcome other opinions on this subject. AK
