Hi Sandra,I guess TMAR is in the same boat (pun intended<g>) as the drillers.I don't hold any others(sold PKD-it went up way to fast<g>),but will continue to look for opportunities..There are rumors of an early OPEC meeting,as well as some Asian demand picking up (I still find this hard to believe, but heavy production does take energy).I still believe investors are looking for value plays (ie,oil, drillers,E&P's,etc.[look at HEC chart last week]),and if the market weakens(blue chips weaken-I'm seeing signs of topping in blue techs) I believe these stocks will be in demand..I'm kind of sitting tight,I am very heavily weighted in Bid.com , but am always looking to scalp a point or two, here and there. I still think there is nearterm upside to TMAR(and possibly PKD),as long as the other drillers hold up.As I've said before,IMO day traders like to trade the little priced guys, more bang for the buck.. That said,I'm always watching Greywolf GW,played this one last year from 3 to 6,and sold way to early (think it went to 10-it use to be DRL),it trades around a buck and could be a takeover target,IMO, if someone wants more land based drilling capacity(why I don't know)..but it is a land driller...DD |
